Problem & Use-case Discovery Workshop(s)
This will be a series of workshops bringing together government department officials, country IT representatives, and 2–3 local market players within each country.
Government departments intent to solve specific problems in identified potential use cases will be ideal participants. The objective of these workshops is for participants to clearly articulate and prioritize the problems and frictions identified within their departments.
Solution Design Workshop
The workshop will focus on exploring and identifying possible solution approaches to address these problems. By examining case studies of how similar challenges have been solved elsewhere, participants will apply these insights to develop solution approaches tailored to their own context.
The participants will also learn about the available solution options, including information about relevant DPGs and products. The workshop will also include country/region-specific coverage of problems, solution approaches, and the value of the DPI approach, including program, policy, governance, and the technology options (DPGs/products) to address these problems.
Technical Capacity Building
For the solution approaches identified in the Solution Design Workshop, this training will focus on the technical implementation of DPI-based solutions to address these problems. It would cover architecture, deployment, enhancement and extension of the DPI for country specific use cases.
The target audience for this training includes market players and government IT officials. For market players, the training will provide in-depth technical instruction, particularly when they undertake specific implementation projects or plan to develop products.
