Digital Transformation
Through DPI

A community initiative to empower countries to accelerate their digital transformation journeys, by leveraging safe and inclusive shared digital public infrastructure (DPI) at scale.

Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) is reshaping societies

Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) is reshaping societies, with over 100 countries adopting at least one system in the past decade. However, systemic bottlenecks often hinder adoption, leading to delays, higher costs, and reduced impact. To unlock DPI’s full potential as a driver of digital transformation, collaboration is essential. As technology integrates into every aspect of life, DPI presents a unique opportunity to build inclusive digital societies that enhance socio-economic well-being for all—ensuring no one is left behind.

Over the last 10 months, many different stakeholders in this ecosystem have come together to discuss the ways in which we can make the digital transformation journey cheaper, faster and smarter for governments. As a community working towards digital transformation using DPI, we will need to work together to achieve that by identifying and resolving systemic bottlenecks.
